We have experience in the training of educators, in international education policy, and in scaling-up successful education programs.
We count with the support of a multidisciplinary team from both Chile and abroad.

Paula Cruzat
Founder and Executive Director

Master in International Education Policy, Harvard University, and Business Administration, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She is currently the director of Fundación Memoria Viva, and has experience in the private and public sector.

Fernando Reimers
Director

Doctor of Education, Harvard University. Ford Foundation Professor of International Education Policy, Director of the Master in International Education Policy at Harvard University, and member of the Board of Higher Education of Massachusetts.

Eleonora Villegas
Directora

Doctor of Education, Harvard University. Associate Professor at Wheelock College, Massachusetts–Boston. She has specialized in initial teacher training, and in children’s cognitive development.

Dagmar Raczynski
Directora

Studied Sociology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Doctor of Sociology, University of California. Founding partner, consultant, and researcher for Asesorías para el Desarrollo, from 1998 to date. She has worked in social and education policy, social development, and poverty in Chile and Latin America.

Pablo González
Director

Studied Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. PhD in Economics by the University of Cambridge. His specialty is the economy of institutions and the economy of education. He is currently the Director of the Center of Public Systems of Industrial Engineering at University of Chile.

Malva Villalón
Directora

Studied Psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and has a PhD in Evolutionary and Educational Psychology from the University of Barcelona. She is currently a professor at the Faculty of Education of the Catholic University of Chile. Her research focus is child development and early childhood education.

Jorge Tarziján
Director

Doctor in Managerial Economics and Strategy, Northwestern University. He has a Master’s degree from the Catholic University of Louvain, and a bachelor’s in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He is currently a professor in the School of Administration at the Catholic University of Chile.

Sonia Cox
Directora

Studied Business Administration at University Diego Portales. She is currently the Executive Director of Fundación Ilumina.

Carolina Matetic
Directora

Studied Business Administration at University of Chile. She has been CEO and director of companies of the Matetic group.
